Marion Le Morhedec: “You have to be true to yourself to have an impact on your teams”

Marion Le Morhedec, gifted in mathematics and languages, discovered finance during an internship at the SBF Bourse de Paris. A world that this travel enthusiast will never leave.

After an experience abroad at Paribas and then a world tour as founders, she joined Axa IM in Paris, where she established herself and gradually broadened her scope. Marion Le Morhedec, who describes herself as discreet but ambitious, talks about her passion for asset management, but also about the importance of knowing yourself well and surrounding yourself well. She is finally happy that the financial sector is becoming more feminized, a movement she is contributing to on her own scale.
