Méduse is opening a spring pop-up store in Paris

From April 24 to 27, at 64 rue de Clery in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, the footwear brand known for its plastic sandals Méduse will open the doors of a pop-up store that will unveil its spring-summer 2024 collection. The famous beach shoes, the brand that has diversified its offering for several seasons, will present Retro looking sneakers and even their first leather sandals.

In addition to shoes, the brand is also exploring the world of textiles, such as Royal Mer’s virgin wool sailor jacket made in France.

This Parisian pop-up store will be the culmination of a collaboration that began last October with students from the Lisaa Mode Paris school around a textile piece designed by Méduse.

During this event, which will also take place inside the leather industry incubator, Au-Delà du Cuir, visitors will be able to discover the students’ creative process.

The pop-up, called “Pimp Your Summer,” will present a photo gallery conceived and designed in collaboration with Lisaa Mode Paris students. As for entertainment: games, goodies and temporary tattoos will be on the program.

Founded in 1946, Méduse has been operating under the umbrella of the French family company Humeau Beaupréau (Bopy…) since 2003. The brand, which frees itself from seasons and today offers boots, ankle boots and even sneakers, was largely founded in France around 50% of its sales are from exports, especially in Asia. 900,000 pairs of Méduse were scheduled to be sold in 2022.
