The consumer recall relates to Entremont brand grated Comté, which was sold in sets of two 70g removable pouches in Leclerc, Système U, Intermarché, Carrefour, Auchan, Monoprix, Casino and Atac stores throughout France from 02/09/2024 to 04/08/08. 2024.

This is lot 7440408-05; 7440408-06 Minimum expiration date 04/08/2024.

Withdraw information

The reason for this product recall is as follows: Listeria monocytogenes, bacteria that cause listeriosis.

People who have consumed the “products” mentioned above and experience fever, either alone or accompanied by headaches and body aches, are encouraged to consult their physician and report this consumption. Severe forms may also occasionally occur, with neurological complications and maternal or fetal damage in pregnant women. Pregnant women, as well as people with weakened immune systems and the elderly should be especially alert to these symptoms. Listeriosis is a disease that can be serious and has an incubation period of up to eight weeks.

If you purchased this product, the government instructions are clear: discontinue use, stop using product, return product to point of sale, contact point of sale, contact consumer service, destroy product.
