This is the first achievement for the Alphonse Beau de Roches trade high school in Digne-les-Bains. After the dating day organized in early April, it was time for information about addiction prevention and sexual orientation to appear for the first time. The purpose of the event is to inform students about the influence of drugs, alcohol and dangers on the road. “Instead of talking about it theoretically, I decided to involve all the people who can raise awareness about these topics. Students can ask questions and realize they are not alone.”explains Claire-Lise Kreiss, the new school nurse.
A generation to support
The institution has established various centers consisting of several participants. These include road safety, which reminds you of signs, braking distances or the risks of driving after drinking alcohol. Other centers focusing on education, health, drugs and consent were also present. Teachers come with their students as a whole class (two to three lessons per hour, with free access for all students).
