CDG Invest enters the capital of the Atlantic Group – Today Morocco

CDG Invest has acquired a 20% stake in the capital of Groupe Atlantique through its Génération Entrepreneurs program.

The higher education group Groupe Atlantique has announced the entry into its capital of CDG Invest. The Group specifies that CDG Invest, through its Génération Entrepreneurs program, has acquired a 20% stake in the capital of the Atlantique Group. This strategic partnership marks an important turning point for the Atlantic Group and underlines CDG Invest’s confidence in the group’s potential to become a center of excellence in higher education in Morocco. Through this partnership, the Atlantic Group will acquire the necessary resources to accelerate the implementation of its higher education model focused on educational innovation, academic excellence and professional immersion.

The Group has also scheduled a press conference for Monday, April 22, to further explain this association. The Atlantic Group, based in Casablanca, brings together two specialized higher education schools for initial training: Atlantic Business School, the management school founded in 1985 (formerly ESIG), approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, and the Alantic Engineering School, the technical school, also recognized by the ministry. The Group also has a continuing education center, Atlantic Executive Center, which offers more than a hundred training courses designed to support companies and the development of their executives, as well as an applied research center, Ceruna, and a foundation whose main role is mission is to encourage research and support of deserving students.
