According to our 15 experts, the Oilers will succeed the Canadian from 1993 this spring and will at the same time put an end to a long and embarrassing drought of 30 years without a Stanley Cup in the hockey country.

Connor McDavid should also win the Conn-Smythe Trophy, awarded to the MVP of the playoffs, and secure his place in history, beyond the tons of points he has accumulated in the regular season since the start of his career.
But the battle for top honors will be as close as possible, if we stick to what our journalists and columnists predict. There are six of them predicting a parade in Edmonton. Four of them think it will be more exciting in New York and that it will be blue and red, in the Rangers colors. Tre believes in a triumph for the stars, 25 years after their first Stanley Cup.
And Patrick Roy’s Islanders? At the moment, no one sees them reach the final round. But nine of our experts believe they can continue their recent momentum and surprise the Hurricanes in the first round.
