Rhône: Jérôme Marchais, new director of construction and project coordination at Carbon
The Lyon start-up Carbon, which plans to install a gigantic €1.5 billion factory in Fos-sur-Mer (Bouches-du-Rhône) for photovoltaic cells and panels, has just announced the appointment of Jérôme Marchais as director of construction and project coordination formalized. This civil engineering graduate spent most of his career at GSE (2002 – 2016 and 2020 – early 2024), a group specialized in commercial real estate, where he worked mainly in France and abroad (Morocco, England, Algeria, etc.) worked as a country manager or technical director. Returning to the GSE Group in 2020, after working at M+W Group (2016-2018) and Exyte (2018-2020), Jérôme Marchais created and developed the industrial division in Europe.
