Two team members were taken to hospital

According to Amazon’s website, a truck was “stuck” and collided with a car. Two crew members were taken to the hospital after the accident, and one of them was still hospitalized as of Tuesday afternoon, according to the film’s production.

“We are still trying to understand what happened and why,” an Amazon MGM Studios spokesperson said in a press release sent to The Associated Press. “All security measures were checked prior to and monitored during filming.”

The statement continued: “The well-being of the entire crew and cast is our first priority, and we will continue to implement the highest safety standards in the industry during filming.”

Directed by Tim Story, Pick-up Filming began in the Atlanta area in February. If the script hasn’t been revealed yet, this film stars Eddie Murphy and Keke Palmer but also Pete Davidson and Eva Longoria.

However, Amazon told the AP that none of the film’s stars were present on the film’s set during the incident.
