Vaccines for everyone are humanly possible

Did you know that there was a connection between you and a person you did not know and had never met? However, this person lives on the other side of the world, in a place you have never been to.

Like you, this person was vaccinated as a child. So, you have one of humanity’s greatest achievements: vaccination.

In just 50 years, vaccines have saved approximately 154 million lives. That’s six people saved every minute for the last five decades.

Governments, aid agencies and thousands of people – scientists, health workers, diplomats and volunteers – have brought us to where we are today – a world in which smallpox is nothing more than a bad memory, a world on the brink eradicating polio and a world where never before have so many children reached their fifth birthday. And although you probably don’t remember the exact moment of vaccination, this achievement is also yours. Indeed, by getting vaccinated, you are helping to protect others, just as they are helping to protect you.

Today we need your help again. Indeed, while vaccination requires urgent funding In 2024, we call on all governments around the world to prioritize investment in vaccinations. Your voice can help us vaccinate every child, no matter who they are or where they live.

Let’s continue to protect humanity’s greatest achievement because no child should die from a preventable disease.

Imagine a world free of cervical cancer. Imagine a future without polio and malaria.

We’ve already gotten to this point with smallpox. Let’s repeat our feat. Let’s show the world what is POSSIBLE FOR HUMAN BEINGS.
