Théâtre des 2 Points presents Anda-Lutz, a musical and poetic adventure, concluding its cultural season this evening at 8:30 p.m.
Surrounded by talented musicians, Guillaume Lopez invites us to discover the Andalusian musical El Dorado, a true ode to the Land of Light. Together these three composers created Anda-Lutz: anda, which literally means “go!” In Spanish, it gives dynamism and movement, and lutz, in Occitan, brings “light.”
Through their music, they are building a bridge between Occitania and the Maghreb, from Toulouse to Agadir, via Andalusian Granada.
The meeting of cultures, the discovery of others, musical bridges and travel are the dreams of this exceptional trio. Guillaume Lopez’s powerful vocals and the playful melodies of his flutes harmonize with Thierry Roque’s sultry accordion and the momentum of Sébastien Gisbert’s percussion.
