Honor presents its 200 Lite smartphone

The manufacturer presented its latest mid-range model with a price starting from 329.90 euros.

After launching the Magic6 Lite in January, Honor is introducing a new mid-range smartphone. On Friday, April 26, the manufacturer introduced the 200 Lite, a smartphone “designed for the younger generation who creates content under any circumstances.”

Priced at €329.90, Honor intends to offer a lightweight smartphone with an “elegant design.” The 200 Lite features a 6.7-inch Amoled display with a 90Hz refresh rate and “ultra-thin bezels.” Weighing 166 grams, it was designed to “withstand an accidental drop from a height of 1.65 meters,” the manufacturer says.

“Rare photo performances” for portraits

In terms of photography, the 200 Lite has a triple camera on the back: a 108-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, the 200 Lite sports a 50MP selfie camera. Honor also promises “rare photographic performance in portraits,” particularly with Selfie Light mode, which is “selfie-specific lighting that creates artistic lighting effects for immersive 3D portraits.”

This new 5G compatible mid-range smartphone is powered by Mediatek Dimensity 6080 processor coupled with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Finally, regarding battery life, the 200 Lite is equipped with a 4500 mAh battery, compatible with Honor fast charging (35W). Thus, according to Honor, it is capable of “supporting up to 29 hours of calls, 14 hours of video playback and 16 hours of navigation.”

Honor 200 Lite is available in three colors: black, blue-green and light blue (exclusive on the Honor website). Available for pre-order, it retails from €329.90 with free Honor Band 9 and Choice X5 headphones. He also receives a €30 discount on any pre-order before May 16th.
