Royal Mansour Casablanca is throwing an event by entrusting its French restaurant to Chef Eric Frechon

The Royal Mansour Hotel Casablanca has summoned Chef Milleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) Eric Frechon for his French restaurant, La Brasserie. An unprecedented collaboration between two absolute symbols of excellence, on the occasion of the reopening of the famous Casablanca Palace. in the brewery,

Chef Eric Frechon invites you to live the rhythm of Parisian elegance at any time of the day.

Eric Frechon, one of the greatest chefs in French cuisine

Chef Eric Frechon and Royal Mansour share the same values of excellence and the same demand for perfection. Together they wanted to offer Casablanca an elegant and delicious restaurant, typically Parisian, where everyone comes together: La Brasserie du Royal Mansour Casablanca. A lively and active place from morning to evening, from lunch to snacks and dinner. Every day tells a story, and every moment shared creates connections over refined, generous, high-quality French cuisine.

French cuisine and Moroccan treasures

On the menu we find the chef’s signature dishes and the wonderful emblematic classics of Parisian bistros, enhanced with a touch of fréchon, such as fish quenelle, sautéed spinach, nantois sauce, braised capon with bouillabaisse juice, fennel and tomatoes, veal chops on the farm browned in a pan, vegetable casserole with… the juice. With Chef Giovanni Amato, Eric Frechon also wanted to pay homage to the best Moroccan produce and was inspired by some of his treasures. Imagine a Mohammedia lobster salad, grapefruit and avocado, a honey vinaigrette or even Oualidia oysters, shallot sauce or rye bread. And seaweed butter.

As in the great Parisian bistros, Le Semainier serves a delicious menu at lunchtime. Finally, it is impossible to deprive yourself of desserts, when gourmets are waiting for the giant baba with aged rum and Chantilly cream, and the minute mille-feuille with bourbon vanilla, caramel sauce and salted butter. A delight to find is also snack time with a selection of pies, tarts and mini cakes imagined by pastry chef Elena Musetti.

It is a great honor and a real pride for me to join the Al Mansour Royal Family. We imagined La Brasserie as a lively and open place, elegant but not stuffy, and whose atmosphere changes over the course of hours, a real lively place just like Casablanca. -Eric Frechon

A bar, like in Paris

A Parisian bistro has glitz, action and just the right amount of cheerful activity… Brasserie du Royal Mansour Casablanca has all the codes, with its seating and woodwork, its mirrors and huge chandeliers, its white porcelain table service and its sumptuous decor. Glassware, but also its beautiful terrace that opens onto the courtyard. A constant ballet of waiters, always ready to put on a show in the room, creates a uniquely warm atmosphere, time for cutting fish or flaming Eric Frechon’s famous Crepe Suzette. Great art !

We are very happy about this collaboration with Eric Frechon, which reinforces our ambition to create a distinguished culinary destination. We share the same values and the same vision for the unique experience we want to provide our guests. – Jean-Claude Messant, General Manager of Al Mansour Royal Group.
