In July 2022, the sprinter was notified of three breaches of his whereabouts obligations, which resulted in him being suspended for two years. However, according to the Sanctions Commission, before which he appeared in July 2023, the third offense was not characterized and Fall managed to escape suspension.

A decision that the AFLD contested by appealing, and this is why the sprinter must again defend himself, this time, before the Cabinet, knowing that he still risks a two-year suspension in this case.
