Currency market: the dirham appreciates against the dollar

According to Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM), the dirham remained almost stable against the euro and rose by 0.51% against the US dollar in the period from April 25 to May 1, 2024.

During this period, no auctions took place on the foreign exchange market, the central bank reported in its weekly magazine. Note that official reserves stood at Dh359 billion as of April 26, 2024.
