Gastronomy: Moroccan culinary art highlighted in Rabat

Moroccan culinary art, a clever mix of Berber, Arab-Islamic and even Andalusian influences, will be honored in Rabat from April 18 to 20. The Conrad Arzana hotel in the capital will host the 4th edition of the Disciples Escoffier Maroc. The event, which will celebrate the country’s gastronomy, will bring together around forty international chefs, who will come to share their passion and know-how. The Escoffier Young Talents Competition will also take place during the event. A platform dedicated to bringing attention to young Moroccan talents in the field. The winners of this competition will represent Morocco in the final that will take place in Paris.
