The fair extends over an area of ​​1,200 m2 and is spread over several areas and has provided a space specifically dedicated to the Al Omrane Group’s new “Customer Experience” through the direct use of the “Customer Support Platform”.

Thursday, April 18, 2024 recorded the official opening of the 7th edition of the exhibition “AL OMRANE EXPO” and was marked by the organization of an opening conference under the theme “New Housing Assistance Program: a real estate opportunity at your fingertips” led by Mr. Youssef EL HOSNI, Secretary General of the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Urban Planning, Housing and Urban Policy. The conference was attended by several personalities from the host region and industry professionals. Among the topics covered during this conference, we will highlight the crucial importance of access to housing for improving the living conditions of households, as well as the opportunity that this new program offers to facilitate access to real estate. The conference was also an opportunity to present investment opportunities in real estate development, as well as the contribution of this new program to creating national economic dynamism.

This conference was also interrupted by the intervention of Mr. Housni EL GHAZOUI – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al Omrane Group. Firstly, he wished to recall that the Al Omrane Group, in its capacity as a government instrument, is responsible for the implementation of government policies in the sector. is fully committed to supporting the supervising Ministry in the success of this strategic project in accordance with the High Royal Directives. He thus underlined that from 2024 to 2028, the Group will deploy an ambitious plan to produce housing intended for the social and middle classes, in-house or in collaboration with the private sector. As a reminder, this new platform has come to materialize the commitments of the Al Omrane Group as part of its new orientations aimed at proximity and transparency towards citizens, supported by its digital transformation strategy implemented by the Group to offer services that meet their needs. requirements.
