Already the end of the adventure in Qatar for Christophe Galtier? The former PSG coach should soon leave his position as coach of Al-Duhail SC, the Emir of Qatar’s club, to return to coaching in Europe. He is in the hot seat due to today’s poor results.
A short list of three names
According to Gazzetta Dello sport, AC Milan are closely examining Christophe Galtier to succeed Stefano Pioli, who is currently in charge. The Italian coach should not survive the elimination in the quarter-finals of the Europa League by AS Roma on Thursday (0-1, 1-2).
Christophe Galtier appears in a three-name shortlist along with Julen Lopetegui and Paulo Fonseca, the Losc coach. A meeting between the Milanese leaders and the representatives of the French coach has even been held next week.

The name of Christophe Galtier is also circulating around Olympique de Marseille, to take over from Jean-Louis Gasset. Born in Marseille, the 57-year-old coach now feels ready to take charge of the training club.
