The former president of RSC Anderlecht, Roger Vanden Stockwas cleared as part of the investigation by a suspected fraud during the sale of the football club in Brussels.
The council chamber in Brussels, on the other hand, decided on Tuesday to refer the former leader to the criminal court Herman Van Holsbeeck and player agent Christophe Henrotay.
Former CEO Jo Van Biesbroeck and Christophe Henrotay’s right-hand man will also have to answer for his actions before the criminal court in Brussels.
A number of other defendants, including the famous law firm Clifford Chance (and two of his lawyers), lawyer Luc Deleu and the law firm Van Landuyt and partnerswas also cleared.
