Antoine Gosset-Grainville renewed as chairman of the board of directors

The renewal of directorship from mr. Antoine Gosset-Grainville, co-founder and director of the law firm BDGS Associés, for a period of 4 years was approved by the General Assembly. The board of directors, which met at the end of the General Meeting, confirmed his reappointment to his positions as Chairman of the Board of Directorsfor the duration of his mandate as administrator – four years.

Four more overtimes

The renewal of the directorships, for a period of four years, of Mrs. Clotilde Delbossenior advisor to Olivier Wyman, former deputy general manager of the Renault Group, and Mrs. Isabel Hudsonindependent director, former chairman of the National House Building Council (United Kingdom).

The General Meeting also approved the terms of office of directors for a period of three years of Mrs. Angelien Kemnaindependent director, and Mrs. Marie-France Tschudin, PresidentInnovative Medicines International & Chief Commercial Officer of Novartis Pharma AG, member of the Executive Committee of Novartis.

The General Meeting finally approved the appointment as director, on the proposal of the employee shareholders of the Axa group, of Mrs. Helen Brownelegal director, member of the Axa management committee, for a period of four years.
