According to information from RMC Sport, Clément Turpin and François Letexier have been appointed to referee the semi-finals of the European Cups. The first will be the whistle for the match between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid in the Champions League. Letexier will be a referee for AS Roma – Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League.

Letexier for AS Roma – Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League

The day after the announcement of their selection for Euro 2024, the top two French referees will officiate the first leg of the semi-finals of the Champions League and Europa League. Clément Turpin has been named for the match between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, scheduled for Tuesday 30 April (9pm). François Letexier will be responsible for refereeing the match between AS Roma and Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday 2 May (9pm).

This season, the two Frenchmen have regularly refereed European matches. Four C1 matches, a Europa League and a Europa Conference League for Clément Turpin. While François Letexier has five Champions League games and three C3 games.
