The HidrateSpark PRO water bottle is made of lightweight, impact-resistant and odor-resistant Tritan plastic. The built-in smart LED sensor at the bottom lights up to remind you to drink regularly and tracks your water intake using the HidrateSpark app, which syncs via Bluetooth connection. The HidrateSpark PRO kit includes a classic cap and a cap with a straw.

Throughout the day, HidrateSpark PRO calculates and adjusts your personal hydration goal based on your body and activity level. A sensor built into the bottle measures the amount of water you drink (in ounces or milliliters) and then records it in an app installed on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

The free HidrateSpark app syncs data from your HidrateSpark PRO water bottle. Create an account to give the app access to your personal information and the number of steps you’ve taken from the Health app, which will be used to adjust your daily hydration goal. The app also transfers every sip you drink to the Health app, giving you access to all your data in one place. You can also track your consumption on Apple Watch and add the amount of water you drink from containers other than your HidrateSpark PRO water bottle.
