RAM cancels flights on April 25

“Following the notification of a strike by air traffic controllers in France on April 25, 2024, conveyed by the French unions DGAC, all airlines have been asked to significantly reduce their flight schedule for Thursday in order to ensure a minimum service,” Royal Air Maroc said.

RAM has also urged its customers whose flights have been canceled not to come to the airport and to contact their initial point of sale or call center to take advantage of possible arrangements.

This includes the possibility of reimbursement of the travel ticket in the original means of payment, a free change of date, subject to availability, from and to the same destination or a destination on the Royal Air Maroc network in France, for a new travel date within 15 days of the date of the canceled flight provided that it remains initial length of stay.

RAM also offers a free date change, subject to availability, to and from a Royal Air Maroc network destination in Belgium, Spain or the Netherlands for a new travel date within 3 days of the date of the canceled flight.
