Until when can I collect my lotto winnings?

Did you win the lotto? Congratulations! Now all you have to do is collect them. But for this you need to know what to do. Don’t worry, here’s the proof.

First of all, before collecting your profits, you must meet three conditions. The first is to be able to provide a valid identity document if you earn more than €2,000.

After that, you must respect the 60-day deadline to complete your payment procedures. The receipt must be in good condition. It should not be torn or folded. If you win €30,000 or less, simply go to the FDJ point of sale.

For an amount greater than €30,000 and up to €499,999, you must make an appointment at the FDJ Payment Centre. For a win of €500,000 or more, you must contact FDJ Customer Service, who will connect you to the Winning Relations section.
