The industrial group Mutandis, specialized in consumer products, has announced that it has completed the sale of its subsidiary CMB Plastique to the Dislog group, after the legal and financial conditions were met. As previously indicated by Mutandis, the sale will take place for a total amount of Dh330 million and dividends will be paid on January 1, 2024, he specifies. Please note that the proceeds from this sale will be entirely devoted to reducing Mutandis’ debt.
As previously indicated, the transaction will not have a significant impact on the group’s current net result on an annual basis, due to the resulting savings in financial costs, Mutandis wants to assure. In addition, a long-term capital gain will be included in the net result for the 2024 financial year.
