Bpifrance and Innovx strengthen their strategic partnership

MoU-BPI-INNOVX

Bpifrance, a public investment bank, and Innovx, a multi-sector company committed to the development of innovative and sustainable businesses and ecosystems, signed on Friday a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening cooperation on strategic projects in key sectors in France and Morocco.

This protocol, signed in the presence of the Minister of Economy and Finance, Nadia Fettah, and the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty of France, Bruno Lemaire, makes it possible to respond to the challenges of industrial decarbonization, energy transition and strengthening of agricultural value chains, according to a joint press release from Bpifrance and Innovx.

This partnership, fully in line with the strategic plans of Innovx and Bpifrance, aims to support, through the use of financing, investment instruments and Bpifrance guarantees, strategic projects that Innovx has developed in collaboration with French companies, the press release said.

Furthermore, this collaboration offers the opportunity to establish co-investment mechanisms to strengthen value chains and ecosystems, especially in the areas of innovation and deep tech, and agricultural value chains, the same source adds.

“Industrialization, decarbonization and resource optimization represent common challenges that promote high-value-added partnerships between Innovx and French companies,” he added.

For her part, Isabelle Bébéar, Director of International and European Affairs at Bpifrance, added that it is particularly relevant to develop strategic projects between France and Morocco, making use of our respective areas of expertise, in particular investment and innovation, and that is the whole meaning of this partnership.

“By focusing on concrete programs related to renewable energy in agri-agriculture and industry, we promote the connectivity of our ecosystems for the benefit of our businesses,” she said.
