“People have to try it to understand”: a cellar and bar with natural wines opens in Briuda

On Thursday, April 18, Gallianne Azebart opened her cellar and wine bar called Juste une Lichette. This place, located in the center of Briouda, combines education, nature and risk-taking for this owner, who has long been immersed in this world.

A new visual and tasteful element has come to life in Place Saint-Jean. At the end of this sunny morning, the owner of this cellar and wine bar has no time to park when Guy Mege, a winegrower from Brivadois, offers her a bouquet of flowers. She then greets Landry, the winemaker. Arriving in “this area” at the age of six, Galliann Azebart knows Briud and its soul as well as the wine. Right up to opening your own business, opened the day before.
