Many patients living with Parkinson’s disease turn to physical activity, including dancing, to slow the progression of the disease. There are dance studios in Canada that offer one-on-one classes for survivors.

The connection between music and movement is really beneficial to the body, because very often the shaking stops while the music is playing and the exercise is being done, and then resumes. »
