Business needs are reflected in numerous projects in the cloud, as well as in generative artificial intelligence. “There is a lot of demand for AI to propose use cases. It is exciting ! » adds the manager.

Diversity and 70% teleworking

Above all, Capgemini wants to be a ‘very hospitable’ company. The share of women, which currently represents 32% of the working population, should increase to 40% in the coming years. The technology company has also joined forces with “L’Autre Cercle” to promote the diversity and inclusion of LGBT+ talents. The profiles sought are more likely to be Bac + 5, but “what counts in my view is the desire,” adds the director of Toulouse.

As for teleworking, a company agreement allows you to work remotely up to 70% of the time. A flexibility that also allows the Toulouse teams to work on projects in Paris, Brest and even internationally (India, Morocco, etc.). The Pink City is a stronghold for Capgemini, which already has 7,000 employees at eight different locations.
