Fendi develops a real estate project in Crans-Montana

Fendi is diversifying into the real estate sector. The Roman luxury house of the LVMH group announces its participation in a project of luxury private residences in Crans-Montana, in the heart of the Swiss Alps, in partnership with Swiss developer Steiger&Cie/Sotheby’s International Realty.

Residences in Switzerland designed by Fendi

This complex, called Fendi Private Residences, is located on the grounds of the historic Alpina & Savoy hotel. It will enjoy concierge services, private catering, a spa with a swimming pool, sauna, hammam and panoramic mountain views, as well as a gym and multi-purpose space for yoga and other activities.

The project was designed by Roman architect Marco Costanzi, who has already signed the Fendi Hotel in Rome, drawing on local agencies Comina Architecture, Architects and Enea Landscape Architecture. Built using an environmentally friendly approach in terms of insulation and renewable energy, the buildings feature sleek stone and oak parquet floors.

Furniture and decoration were entrusted to Fendi Casa, the brand’s home line. The first Fendi private residences are expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2026.

For Fendi, this real estate activity must remain exclusively exclusive. In 2016, the house opened its first luxury hotel in the center of Rome called Fendi Privates Suites. Its goal is a limited selection of very high-end real estate projects in prime locations.
