Samsung Electronics announces that One UI 6.1 will extend Galaxy AI functionality to a wider range of Galaxy smartphones and tablets. This update will bring the mobile AI capabilities introduced in the Galaxy S24 series to the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 foldable smartphones, and Galaxy Tab S8 series tablets.
One UI 6.1 provides users around the world with popular Galaxy AI features such as Google Search Circle, Chat Assistant, Interpreter, Live Translation, Notes Assistant, Transcription Assistant, Browse Assistant, Generator Editing, Sentence Editing, and more. .
Galaxy AI makes communication easier by offering features that allow you to communicate in different languages.
The translator translates conversations and converts them into text on a split screen, making traveling abroad easier. Live Translate provides real-time voice and text translation during phone calls, while Chat Assist helps users compose messages in multiple languages and adjust tone.
Now more users can be more productive with Galaxy AI. Circle to Search with Google makes social and web interactions simple and intuitive, and Notes Assistant simplifies organization with out-of-the-box summary creation and layout features. Web Assistant efficiently summarizes and translates content on a web page, and with Transcription Assistant, users can easily create meeting summaries and translations.
The update will be available in early May for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy Z Fold4, Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Tab S8 series.
