In Morocco, this operation concerns employees of subsidiaries: Total Energies Marketing Maroc, Emplissage de Gaz d’Ouarzazate, Société d’Emplissage de Gaz de Berrechid, Mahatta, Composite Industrie Maroc and Hutch Maroc, the same source specifies. As for the subscription period, it runs in Morocco from May 3 to 14, 2024, the Authority reports.

The prospectus is supplemented by the Total Energies SE 2023 universal registration document filed with the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on March 29, 2024 under number D.24-0215 ​​​​and the key investor information document of the FCPE “TotalEnergies Actionnariat International Relais 2024 ” and the Compartment “TAIC Compartment A” of the FCPE “Total Energies Actionnariat International Capitalization” and their regulations.

It is also supplemented by Total Energies SE’s PEG-A Regulation, introduced on November 19, 1999, including amendment No. 14 of November 20, 2023 and its annexes.
