At the end of a three-day trial, the Haute-Garonne Assize Court ruled on Friday 3 May 2024 in Toulouse, Kuevi Koudoyor, 31, to 23 years in prison and socio-legal supervision for the murder of Christopher Aurier.
The brother of Serge Aurier, ex-TFC player, died of his injuries aged just 26, on 13 July 2020, in front of a nightclub bar after being shot twice.
28 years’ imprisonment was requested by the public prosecutor against the defendant.
