This call for applications is part of the “Territorial Convention for Artistic and Cultural Education” proposed in the territory of the community of Saint-Flour.
The residency is aimed at a duo of artist and scientist composed or created for this call. The preferred medium is photography.
Its goal is to raise awareness among residents about artistic practices and heritage, as well as the relationship between art and science.
The place for reflection and creation in the residence will be a unique space characteristic of the territory, namely the Garabit Viaduct, which will celebrate its 140th anniversary in 2024.
