The fifth tournament on the calendar PGA Tour Americas took the players from America’s satellite circuit to Ecuador, for one KIA Open contested during Quito Tennis and Golf Club. Reduced to 54 holes due to weather conditions, the event was won – without playing on Sunday – by the American Thomas Longbellawins on -16 total.
The only Frenchman involved, Jeremy Gandon took 10th place at -10 with cards of 71, 69 and 66. This result, which marks his third top 10 in a row and his fourth top 12 in five appearances this season, allows the 27-year-old from Drômois to climb to 14th in Fortinet Cuporder of merit.
