Hakim Ziyech did not thrive at Chelsea, especially in his last season where he played just 18 times in the Premier League. On loan to Galatasaray this financial year 2023-2024, the Atlas Lion has returned to form, although he has been slowed by injuries. His coach Okan Buruk had recently hinted that the Istanbul club would be recruiting him permanently, and the news was confirmed on Wednesday morning by
journalist Fabrizio Romano, who is an authority on transfer windows.

Obviously exciting news for the Atlas Lions, who will challenge Zambia and Congo in June as part of the continuation of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers with Ziyech in good form!
