TV audience: France 2’s TV movie is far ahead of “Top Chef” in decline

“The Killer’s Daughter” is stronger than “Top Chef.” On Thursday evening, France 2 cemented its place at the top of the viewership list in large part thanks to its new TV movie, carried by Chloe Chaudoy and Bruno Wolkovich. This drama attracted the interest of 4.3 million viewers, or 22.6% of the total audience.

Public Service is clearly ahead of the M6, taking second place in the ranking with a new edition of “Top Chef”, the cooking competition presented by Stefan Rottenberg. The latter had 1.9 million gourmets drooling, representing a general audience share of 11.6%. Regarding the business target for women responsible for purchasing under 50 (FRDA-50), the market share rises to 26.3%, allowing Six to be the leader in this indicator. Last week, the show amassed nearly 2.2 million followers (13.0%) and a 24.2% FRDA-50 rating.

At the back we find the TF 1, on a small level with its Italian medical series “Doc”. Led by Luca Argentero, the two new episodes of the fantasy series wowed the series’ 1.9 million fans (11.5%), for a FRDA-50 market share of 17.2%. Seven days ago, an average of 1.9 million viewers tuned in to watch the launch of Season 3, compared to 12.1% PDA (17.5% FRDA-50). Note that in the early evening, the interview with Prime Minister Gabriel Attal on Gilles Beaulieu’s “20 Hours” program was followed by 6.2 million citizens and 29.4% of the public.

France 3 channel, at the bottom of the platform, is showing a documentary about Georges Pompidou and the “cruelty of power”, broadcast on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of his disappearance. 1.7 million curious people (9.1%) watched the life story of the second president of the Fifth Republic presented by Denis Podaldis.

As for other channels, many broadcasters are doing well, and thanks to “Tuche 4”, TMC has crossed the 1 million followers mark (1.2 million) and displays an audience share of 6.7% among the entire audience. Channel 10 also has a good commercial market share of 9.5% of the FRDA-50 there. Its little sister, TF 1 Séries Films, is also in good form with “Lethal Weapon III.” The action film starring Mel Gibson and Danny Glover attracted 1.0 million moviegoers (6.0%) and a 5.6% FRDA-50 rating.
