Quarter-final schedule revealed

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the schedule for the quarter-final first leg of the Champions League and CAF Cup.

The first match in the CAF Champions League will be played on Friday 29 March at 18.00, between Simba SC and Al Ahly SC.

TP Mazembe and Atletico Petroleos will meet on Saturday 30 March at 13:00, while the one between Young Africans and Mamelodi Sundowns will be played at 18:00. Espérance and Asec Mimosas meet at 9 p.m.

As for the CAF Cup, the quarter-finals will begin on March 31 at 4:00pm when Rivers United FC take on USM Algiers. An hour later, Stade Malien will face Dreams FC.

The only Moroccan club still in the competition, Renaissance Sportive de Berkane, will play for their place in the semi-finals against Abu Salim SC at 19:00, at the same time as Zamalek SC who face Futur FC.

The return matches are scheduled for 5 and 6 April.
