The average family will face twelve illnesses per year
While children are at school, kindergarten or entertainment center, parents go to work. There are so many situations where you can encounter viruses and bacteria and bring them home!
According to a OnePoll survey conducted for vitamin brand Zarbee, the average household will fall. gets sick twelve times a year. 40% of respondents also believe that illnesses in winter or during the rest of the year have become more common since they became parents.
Sick children: what is the impact on parents and couples?
Colds, gastroenteritis, Covid, sore throat, ear infections, hay fever… It’s hard to avoid all these diseases when you’re the head of the family!
According to the results of the study, 70% of adults surveyed believe that they have become sick more often since becoming parents. Of the 1,500 participants, 34% were resigned to the idea that they would be more likely to catch small viruses, and almost six in 10 blamed it on lack of rest.
Indeed, if more than half of respondents prefer to prioritize the good recovery of their children, most parents recognize that the couple is seriously suffering.
35% say relationships are damaged when the virus is circulating in the home. Several factors are believed to be the cause, such as lack of sleep (67%), general frustration (48%), and 40% of parents report their partner being irritable.

So, is there a miracle cure to avoid viruses that affect the lives of families and couples?
58% of respondents want solutions to strengthen their tribe’s immune system. The same percentage believe that improving sleep habits can help children get sick less, while 51% believe that getting outside more often will improve their health.
Finally, 62% of parents prefer prevention to cure by giving vitamins to the whole family!
