A Royal Air Maroc flight connecting Paris to Casablanca was forced to turn back shortly before taking off from Paris-Orly airport. The cause was a technical problem that occurred with one of the aircraft’s engines.
The incident occurred when the Boeing 737, registered CN-ROJ, was preparing to take off from runway number 24. Alarmed by the indications of the surveillance system, the crew immediately made the decision not to take off and to wait for the technical teams. .

The passengers were quietly disembarked from the plane. According to the first information, the technical problem concerned engine number 1 of the aircraft.
Teams of technicians went to the scene to carry out the necessary repairs. Passengers were first informed about the aircraft delay and finally about the flight cancellation. They were offered alternative solutions, including moving their flight to another aircraft.
