The 7th edition of the Al Omrane expo exhibition opened on Thursday in Casablanca, as part of the proximity policy that the Group advocates towards its civilian customers.

The fair extends over an area of ​​1,200 m2 and is spread over several areas and has provided a space specifically dedicated to the Al Omrane Group’s new “Customer Experience” through the direct use of the “Customer Support Platform”.

The show kicked off with the organization of an opening conference on the theme “New Housing Assistance Program: A Real Estate Opportunity at Your Fingertips.”

On this occasion, the Secretary General of the Ministry, Youssef El Hosni, emphasized that access to housing is a fundamental right for every individual and is crucial for improving the quality of life of households. has had great success over the past twenty years.

He also confirmed that the Supervisory Ministry is committed to continuously improving housing conditions in Morocco, recalling that inflation due to international wars has had a significant impact on this sector over the past two years.

And added that in response to this situation, Morocco has introduced new housing policies, including the launch of the New Direct Housing Assistance Program, a system aimed at directly helping citizens acquire housing and supporting the middle class in acquiring housing.

The launch of this new system represents a major step forward, especially as it is a utility that, for the first time, does not require citizens to provide documents and documents proving their eligibility, he said.

Mr El Hosni welcomed the reforms initiated within the Al Omrane Group, especially the digitalization of various services, including the provision of online information on the group’s various products and offers, which demonstrates the group’s commitment to improve the citizen experience and strengthen accessibility. of services.

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al Omrane Group, Housni El Ghazoui, indicated that the Al Omrane Group, in its capacity as a public instrument responsible for the implementation of government policies in the sector, is fully committed to commitment to supporting the supervisory ministry in the success of this strategic project in accordance with the High Royal Directives.

He also announced that the Group will deploy an ambitious plan for the production of housing intended for the social and middle classes, spread over the period from 2024 to 2028, in its own production or in collaboration with the private sector, noting that the Group has mobilized to To this end, the country has a significant land reserve and significant financial resources for the implementation of the housing program included in this framework.
