The match is currently still scheduled for 17 May at the Accor Arena in Paris. But an unexpected incident came to undermine his outfit this Tuesday, April 23.

So soon announced, so soon cancelled? On Monday, April 22, the fight between Frenchman Cédric Doumbè and American Derek Anderson was announced for May 17, as part of the Bellator Champions Series, at the Accor Arena in Paris.

But this Tuesday, great doubt hangs over whether the match will actually take place. In fact, Derek Anderson published an impressive photo on social networks, which seems to indicate that he will not be physically able to fight.
