What applies to a distinguished chef’s kitchen also applies to the kitchen of your local canteen or pub. In this third edition of the Etre Chef.fe Festival, we want to give a voice to the women and men behind the scenes, to those producers who supply the kitchens of our restaurants every day with exceptional products.
We invite to their side chefs who attach as much importance to the art of cooking as to the producers they surround themselves with. Being a chef today also means being an activist: in confronting the challenges of the agri-food sector, it means choosing the right products and fair wages for those who provide them to us.
