Teams from the University of Le Mans are engaged in cancer research

On Friday 12 April 2024, the League Against Cancer organized a conference to highlight the significant advances being made in the fight against cancer. Fabien Voisin, Design and Development Manager of the Department of Continuing Education and a dedicated volunteer of the League, as well as a team of teacher-researchers actively participated in this event.

Faculty researchers from the University of Le Mans had the opportunity to present their research work, funded by the League’s Committee of 72, highlighting scientific progress and promising prospects.

Presented projects:

  • Development of synthetic antitumor vaccines of a simplified structure containing a C-glycoside analogue of the Tn antigen.

The university’s presence at this evening demonstrates its commitment to research and commitment to actively contribute to the fight against cancer, a cause that affects millions of people around the world. This participation also provided an opportunity to strengthen the ties between the University of Le Mans and the League.
