This strategic operation strengthens H&S’s media and communications division in various African markets. Recognized for its innovation in media creativity, both digital and traditional, WB Africa has partnered with giants such as Publicis Group’s Starcom MediaVest to expand its influence across the continent.

The acquisition by H&S Invest Holding is an important step to integrate and strengthen synergies across its extensive marketing and digital portfolio, explains Moncef Belkhayat: “This acquisition enriches our network and increases our ability to generate synergies across the entire value chain , from industry to end-consumer, as we continue to develop our brand portfolio.

WB Africa shareholder Adil Besri will retain his position as Chairman and CEO and is ideally positioned to lead the company’s next phase of growth. Since its founding in 2004, H&S Invest Holding has built its empire in various sectors ranging from hygiene to health, including logistics and marketing, not to mention real estate with Kaya Immobilier. The holding company is active in eight countries and employs 3,400 people and continues to strengthen its diversification strategy.

For this transaction, H&S relied on the advice of Hilmi Law Firm, while Amethis was assisted by Kouatly & Associates. This strategic step at H&S Invest Holding is just part of its vision to become a “Full Service Provider”, integrating all facets of the value chain, from producer to consumer, in a model that has already proven itself in terms of growth and success in the Moroccan and African markets.

With WB Africa in its grasp, H&S is not only consolidating its presence in traditional industries, but also entrenching itself in the booming marketing and media sector, promising an even greater trajectory of growth and innovation, marked for the future.
