Following the press release of December 25, 2023, the industrial group Mutandis, specialized in consumer products, announces that it has completed the sale of its subsidiary CMB Plastique to the Dislog group, after meeting the legal and financial conditions.
As previously indicated, the sale will be made for a total amount of 330 million dirhams and will take effect on January 1, 2024.
The proceeds from this sale will be fully used to reduce Mutandis’ debts. As previously indicated, the transaction will not have a significant impact on the group’s current net result on an annual basis, due to: by the resulting savings on financial costs. A long-term capital gain will be recognized THE net profit for the 2024 financial year.
