Real estate fraud and romance: those troubling F brothers.

summary. Several women accuse two brothers from Val d’Oise, Mounir and Mustapha F., of stealing tens of thousands of euros from them through a vast network of romance scams that they allegedly set up in collusion with several notaries.

According to the victims, the modus operandi is always the same: Mounir and Mustafa F. target. Single women in their 30s and begin a relationship before being forced to take out mortgages to acquire properties at auction. Then, thanks to a complex system of conniving notaries and notaries, they succeed in recovering the property, and their victim finds themselves forced to repay the loan. A judicial investigation was opened in 2020, but today the investigation appears to have stopped.
