If the percentage of French who are optimistic that PSG will qualify is lower (42%), the supporters of the capital club are almost unanimous: 86% of them predict that the club will play the Champions League final on June 1 at Wembley .
The lack of fighting spirit pointed out
According to the survey, the defeat in the first leg can be explained by the fact that Paris did not manage the task of a C1 semi-final. This is the reason given by 67% of followers. 60% of them say they are dissatisfied with the fighting spirit and mental level shown. As for the most disappointing player during the first confrontation, it was Kylian Mbappé for 57% of football fans polled. This opinion is shared by 45% of PSG supporters. Ousmane Dembélé (cited by 26% of football fans and supporters) and Nuno Mendes (cited by 23% of football fans, 24% of PSG supporters) complete the podium.
When asked about their desire to see Gonçalo Ramos – a first-half substitute – start in the second leg, the vast majority of respondents chose to start, among followers (64%) and supporters (75%). In the end, Parisian supporters will prefer to face Real Madrid in the final over Bayern Munich. 61% of them want a duel with the White House, while 38% want a revenge against the Germans, after the defeat in the C1 final in 2020 (1-0).
