RDS is preparing a new bond issue

The bond may be issued in one or more tranches, each of which may be amortized and/or repaid without penalty over a period of five years from the AGO.

In addition, the amount of the loan can be adjusted to the actual registrations at the end of the registration period, as we read in the notice.
