Parents whose child will be attending kindergarten in September 2024 are encouraged to make an appointment for their pre-school booster vaccination. Clinics will be held by appointment at CLSC throughout the Lanaudière Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSS).
The vaccination schedule of the Quebec Immunization Program includes booster vaccinations against diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus and polio. To ensure adequate protection against these diseases, it is recommended that your child be vaccinated before starting school.
To make an appointment from May 6, 2024.
Parents are encouraged to make an appointment online through Clic Santé at https://portal3.clicsante.ca/.
On the Clic Santé website, select the “Vaccination” section, then the “Vaccination of children and adolescents” tab. Enter your zip code, then select the CLSC of your choice in your area from the list of suggested locations. Click on the “Pre-school vaccinations 4-6 years” or “Pre-school vaccinations 4-17 years” service to access available appointment slots.
