Great results at the Occitanie Karate Cup

To practice martial arts you have to be diligent, disciplined, take your time and listen and above all don’t think you can become the new Bruce Lee in a few weeks. Here, in Maubourguet, however, he comes out with it at every competition.

This Saturday 13 April, the Occitanie Full Contact and Light Contact Karate Cup took place in Muret (31). More than 160 competitors entered, including seven from Som Budokan.

Well prepared, six of them got a podium place in light contact karate, much to their delight and that of their coach, Stéphane Bindé.

As a reminder, there is training on Tuesdays and Fridays, at 7pm, for contact karate, then at 8pm, time for adult krav maga. Wednesday, at 18.30, Krav Maga for children, followed by training to prepare for competitions, and Friday, at 18.00, a slot machine dedicated to awakening 4-6 year olds.
